The conference will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria, May 9-12, 2006
in the Guest house of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, 
50 Shipchenski Prohod Str. tel. 8710009.
The registration fee will be 100 Euro. Single room in the Hotel costs about 32 Euro, 
double room - about 44 Euro, apartment - 55 Euro.  
 
Official languages of the Conference are Bulgarian, Serbian,  and
English. The programme of the conference will be completed up to March 1st, 2006. 
The abstract deadline is April 1st, 2006.

SOC starts to collect oral and poster presentations -
for invited talk - 30 min, contributed talk - 20 min and poster - 5 min.

The proceedings of the V-BSCASS will be published until the end of 2006 
and the deadline for manuscripts is  June 10nd 2006. There is no strict limit 
of the page number, but contributions will be reviewed by SOC and if too extensive a 
shorter version will be requested. The usual expected size of the papers are:
invited talk - 10-15 pages, contributed talk - 8-10 pages and poster - 4-8 pages.
